"I started at the gym the end of December. After my first workout I realized that I had just worked out harder than the entire year combined of my world gym membership. During my last workout I did 30 pushups. Prior to working out a chrisfit I did an impressive 2 pushups. Quite the improvement. I have been very happy with my progress so far and I even look forward to showing up and working out with Nick and getting my butt kicked. My long term goal is to run a marathon next January. The weight training has helped me improve my stamina and I can now run farther than ever. Everyone has been very friendly and encouraging and that goes a long way in helping with progress. Thanks again for helping me get on the right track."
