12 Days of Met/Con

It's a Festivus Miracle!

Thanksgiving has passed, Christmas is upon us and you're probably still working on those 7.5 hours worth of burpees you needed to do after Thanksgiving. Two big holidays where you're around friends and family and are undoubtedly eating someone's "speciality" for the season. How can you combat the excess!? Again you're in luck! We are open Christmas Eve until noon, again no excuses to not get in and get that metabolism revving. But I don't want to write the same tips that I did for thanksgiving because that would realistically be redundant. 

Instead what I'd like to talk about, in the spirit of giving that comes with Christmas, is giving back to yourself. 
Use the gift of fitness to give your future self a better tomorrow. As I write this blog it is December 12, 12 days before Christmas and luckily for all of you we have developed a Twelve Days of ChrisFitmas Met/Con Challenge!
