Nutrition! How much are you paying attention to yours?

Nutrition, for most people is 80% of the battle for good health. Nutrition plays a HUGE role in how your body works, feels, recovers & your body composition.

A couple key things I tell all my clients about nutrition: 
1) Stick to mainly whole/nutrient dense foods 
2) Watch your portions! Weight loss & gain is mainly about calories in vs. out 
3) Enjoy foods that aren't the best for you in SMALL moderation. Don't deprive yourself completely! This leads to failure & binges 
4) Work on keeping 10-30g of protein per meal depending on your size & goals. 
5) Find time to buy & prep your food/meals for the week (lean meats, vegetables, soups, etc). 
Success happens when you have a plan, stick to it and stay consistent with it over the long haul!
